Refund Policy
At EveryCook, we want you to love your order. If there's ever an issue, we're here to help.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@everycook.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or a full/partial refund depending in the claim.
- For incorrect products, we offer a full refund or replacement.
- For products with wrong colour, size which doesn't affect product function. We offer a refund or replacement.
- For missing parts that do not affect product function, we may offer a partial refund or resend the missing part; for parts missing that affect product function, we will resend the part only.
We are unable to issue refunds for damaged packaging.
EveryCook takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However we are able to notify you via email.
Change of Mind Returns
At this time we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, as our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been processed, we can cancel and refund it.
If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
If it has been longer, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Destination Limits
Due to limited international transportation, EveryCook is unable to issue any refund or resend when orders are shipped to the following countries:
