Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Our Products are sourced from trusted global suppliers, allowing us to keep prices fair while offering quality items.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 7-15 business days
  • Europe: 7-8 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7-18 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 7-20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-25 business days 

Delivery times may vary depending on demand, supplier location, and customs clearance.

 

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking may take 2-5 business days to update. 

 

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at contact@everycook.co.uk and we'll help you.

After 60 days of tracking, we may no longer be able to help you in request of refund or resend. Note, some orders may be lost as pending due to insufficient address or postal information. Please check with your local post office before contacting us. 

We cannot issue refund or resend for missing orders that are marked as delivered. If you do not receive your order, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.

In case of tracking information alert, the reasons are listed below:

  1. Incorrect/insufficient address.
  2. No such number.
  3. Unknown recipient.
  4. Refused.
  5. Do not pick up in time.
  6. No safe delivery location.
  7. Uncleared customs.
  8. Others.

Please note, if an order is failed to be collected from the local post office, it may be returned to sender. During the return, EveryCook takes no responsibility if products have been lost.

 

Wrong Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're unable to refund or resend orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Customs Fees

All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are rare but may apply depending on your country.
